El enfoque principal de El Dorado es el establecimiento de Trina, SAS, lo cual ya est\u00e1 en marcha. El Dorado actualmente est\u00e1 obteniendo pr\u00e9stamos para la expansi\u00f3n de las instalaciones existentes y la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos puntos de producci\u00f3n en Boyac\u00e1 y Antioquia.<\/p>\n
Este proyecto ha sido revisado y respaldado por el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y el Ministerio de Agricultura de Colombia, adem\u00e1s, por la empresa Cargill, quienes consideran que este es un proyecto de desarrollo muy importante y por eso respalda los esfuerzos de Trina.<\/p>\n

El Molino es una granja experimental para Induaqua en Mongu\u00ed, Boyac\u00e1. Actualmente puede producir unas quince toneladas de trucha por mes, pero su objetivo principal es estudiar la producci\u00f3n de trucha y su eficiencia. El Molino sirve como estaci\u00f3n de monitoreo ambiental y de agua para Corpo-Boyac\u00e1 y para asuntos relacionados con la producci\u00f3n de truchas en el departamento. El Molino actualmente est\u00e1 alimentado en parte por un peque\u00f1o sistema hidroel\u00e9ctrico del siglo XIX, cuando la granja se usaba como molino. Esta ser\u00e1 una de las primeras granjas de producci\u00f3n de Trina.<\/p>\n

Cusiana Spring, fue fundada en 2014 y es pionera en el uso de sistemas de recirculaci\u00f3n acu\u00edcola de Ras Chile en Colombia. Esta granja se encuentra cerca de la desembocadura del r\u00edo Cusiana y es propiedad de Trucha Surala y el Sr. Barrera. Ha sido un ejemplo exitoso de capitalizaci\u00f3n rural y produce alrededor de sesenta toneladas de trucha por mes. El sistema RAS empleado en Cuisana Spring fue dise\u00f1ado e instalado parcialmente por el socio de Induaqua, el Sr. Marcelo Eduardo Aqueveque Torres y su empresa chilena Ras Chile, Ltda. Cuisana Spring eventualmente se convertir\u00e1 en una instalaci\u00f3n de Trina.<\/p>\n

\nR\u00edo Pez, tambi\u00e9n conocido como La Paloma Sons\u00f3n se encuentra en el departamento de Antioquia. Ubicada aproximadamente a dos horas de Medell\u00edn y cuenta con su propia planta de procesamiento con una capacidad instalada para producir veinte toneladas de truchas por semana. Es una fuente de desarrollo para el municipio de Sons\u00f3n, que fue fuertemente afectado por la violencia. Tambi\u00e9n utiliza una fuente de agua natural de una reserva natural cercana. R\u00edo Pez est\u00e1 siendo modernizado por actualmente por Induaqua. En un futuro cercano, Sons\u00f3n ser\u00e1 una granja e instalaci\u00f3n de Trina.\n<\/p>\n

Las instalaciones de Piscitota tienen una planta de procesamiento y un sistema de producci\u00f3n con ochenta tanques en el lago Tota. Es actualmente uno de los productores de trucha m\u00e1s exitosos en Colombia y es propiedad de un consorcio de ocho entidades que incluye al Sr. Barrera.<\/p>\n

El Or\u00e9gano ubicada en Aquitania, Boyac\u00e1, a las orillas del lago Tota, es uno de los mayores productores de trucha del pa\u00eds y tiene una planta de procesamiento certificada para la exportaci\u00f3n con un sistema de jaulas flotantes. Durante los \u00faltimos veinticinco a\u00f1os ha tenido una relaci\u00f3n cercana con el El Tejar, un negocio de la familia Barrera que le ha estado proporcionando alevines. Recientemente, IA ha introducido la dieta EWOS de alta energ\u00eda, que ha ayudado a aumentar la producci\u00f3n y mejorar la calidad del producto terminado. El Or\u00e9gano emplea aproximadamente a unas cincuenta personas de las cuales en su mayor\u00eda son mujeres cabeza de familia que han sido afectadas por el conflicto armado en Colombia.<\/p>\n
